Order Tracking:
As soon as each package leaves our warehouse, we'll send you an e-mail to let you know it's on the way. At that time, you'll receive a tracking number for the US Postal Service. You can use this number to track your package online at USPS. The US Postal Service will confirm the delivery date, time and location.

Once you get the e-mail from us telling you that your shipment has left our warehouse, you can figure that packages sent via ground shipping should take approximately 7 to 10 days to arrive. Keep in mind that our warehouse is located in Alabama, so depending on where you live you might get your package in less than this amount of time.

Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please be aware that express and priority orders must be placed by 6:00PM Pacific Time to be shipped the next business day. Please note that we only offer express and priority shipping within the US.

Order Cancellations: Once you place an order, it may not be possible to cancel. Once an order is sent to our warehouse for processing, it is too late. In this case, simply return the shipment when you receive it. For info on how to go about making a return or exchange, read more information below.

Shipping Methods:
We ship via USPS. We offer ground, priority mail (2-3 day) & express shipping methods. Shipping estimates do not include processing time; orders placed by 6:00PM Pacific Time generally ship the next business day. For ground shipping, please allow 2 weeks for your delivery to arrive within the US. Shipping times for international deliveries vary and we do not offer express or priority shipping methods for international deliveries.

Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to love your purchase, but there are times when exchanges and returns are necessary. So, here is our policy:
All sales are final 14 calendar days after you have received items purchased from Livie & Luca. No returns or exchanges are possible after this time. We can only accept items for return or exchange if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Purchases made during sales and special promotions are final - no returns or exchanges.

Returns: Purchases may be returned for a full refund (excluding all shipping charges) if return shipment is postmarked within 14 days of your receiving the items. We can only accept returns of unworn and unwashed items in their original condition. Sets must be returned as a set. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt and an authorization number provided by Livie & Luca. Please notify us by e-mail at returns@livieandluca.com of items you are returning by mail and we will provide you with an authorization number. See instructions below.

Returned items are your responsibility until received by Livie & Luca. For this reason, we highly recommend using a tracked shipping method. Refunds may only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. Should the reason for needing to return an item be an error on the part of Livie & Luca, we will also refund shipping charges.

Exchanges: Exchanges may be made within 14 days of receiving items from Livie & Luca. Items returned for exchange must be unworn and unwashed and in their original condition. Sets must be returned as a set. Items returned for exchange must be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt and an authorization number. Please notify us by e-mail at returns@livieandluca.com of items you are returning for exchange and the items you wish to exchange them for and we will provide you with an authorization code. See instructions below. Unfortunately we cannot process an exchange until we receive the returned items. Items shipped to you in exchange will be charged at their price on the date we received your e-mail notification of the exchange.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges involved in the exchange process unless the reason for the exchange is based on an error on the part of Livie & Luca. In this case, we will also refund shipping charges. If an exchange transaction, including shipping, totals less than the original purchase, you will be issued store credit in the amount of the difference. If the total is more than the original purchase, the difference will be charged to your credit card using the information we have on file for the original purchase.

Should an item you requested in exchange be out of stock at the time we receive the returned items, you will be notified by e-mail and issued a store credit. To avoid this possibility, we recommend returning items you want to exchange for a full refund and placing a new order for the items you would like instead. We cannot hold items requested in exchange.

Sale items: Items purchased on sale are final. No exchanges or returns.
Gift Exchanges: Items received as gifts or may be exchanged subject to the same terms and conditions as regular exchanges above. Gift items or items purchased with a gift certificate cannot be returned for a refund. If you have any questions regarding a gift exchange please contact us at info@livieandluca.com including details of the items you would like to exchange.

Store Credit: Store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable and does not expire. Store credit will be automatically applied to your orders and may be applied to any purchase without restriction. When proceeding through the online checkout process, your store credit will not be evident and you will be asked to charge the entire amount of the purchase to your card. We will apply your credit when we complete your order and your card will be charged accordingly. Should you choose to return an item you purchased using store credit, you will receive the same store credit in return. We cannot issue cash refunds to items purchased using store credit.

Return and Exchange Instructions: 1. E-mail us at returns@livieandluca.com prior to making a return shipment. Include your original order number, the items you wish to return and if exchanging them, which items you would like in exchange. Livie & Luca will provide you with an authorization number that you will need to include in order for your purchase to be returned or exchanged. ***Please note that we will not accept returns or exchanges without an authorization number.
2. Ship return items in as-received condition using a tracked shipping method. Include a copy of your original sales receipt and authorization number.
3. Upon receiving returned items, Livie & Luca will normally process credit card refunds or exchanges within one business day.

Exceptions: Exceptions to the above Return and Exchange Policy are at the sole discretion of Livie & Luca and must be agreed to prior to any return shipment. Livie and Luca is absolutely not responsible for returned items until we receive them.

Privacy Policy:
This site is hosted by Yahoo! Store. Yahoo! hosts the store pages, ordering system, and order data. Yahoo! automatically collects order information but may only use this information in the aggregate.
